1. Agreement

By using this website or engaging HashtagHQ for services, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or our services.

2. Services

We provide digital marketing services including social media management, content creation, paid advertising, video production and website development. Specific deliverables, timelines and fees are set out in a signed proposal or statement of work.

3. Fees and payment

Unless otherwise agreed, monthly retainers are invoiced in advance and project work is invoiced 50% on start and 50% on delivery. Late payments may pause work and accrue interest at the statutory rate.

4. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of brand assets you provide. We retain ownership of our processes, templates and pre-existing materials. Final deliverables transfer to you on full payment, subject to any third-party stock or font licences.

5. Approvals & revisions

Each deliverable includes a defined number of revision rounds. Additional rounds are billed at our standard hourly rate. Materials are deemed approved 5 business days after delivery if no feedback is received.

6. Cancellation

Either party may end a monthly retainer with 30 days' written notice. Project work cancelled mid-stream is invoiced for work completed plus any committed third-party spend.

7. Confidentiality

We treat your business information as confidential and only share it with team members and subcontractors who need it to deliver the work.

8. Warranty & liability

We deliver services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service in the 3 months preceding the claim. We're not liable for results dependent on third-party platforms (algorithm changes, account suspensions, ad-platform decisions, etc.).

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our work or website for unlawful, deceptive or harmful purposes, or in violation of any third-party rights.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales unless a separate signed agreement specifies otherwise.
